We see life as a great adventure, our main passion, and an opportunity to reach our goals. From the moment Tyson and I met our life together has been one adventure after another. We have been to many different places from backpacking in our local mountains to beaches in Trinidad and Tobago, the high altitude glaciers of Ecuador, the summit of Aconcagua, and even being crew on a sail boat in the Caribbean. We are always looking for a new adventure to challenge ourselves.
We both were given a gift by being raised in the amazingly beautiful Okanagan Valley in British Columbia, Canada. Within a short radius we have breathtaking lakes, champagne power ski hills, untouched wilderness and growing economies. Having temperature extremes of -25 C in the winter months to +40 C in the summer. The Okanagan has 4 genuine seasons with no excuse for not getting out and being involved with what mother nature has to offer.
Tyson – Explorer, always coming up with a new adventure, not afraid to try new things and thinks he is funny. An electrician by trade then returned to school for his electrical engineering technologist. Tyson strongly believes that the worst situations while traveling make for the best memories… unless they are really really bad.

Shannon – A bit more grounded, loves to travel and is the organizer of our life and adventures. She adapted her career for flexibility and works from home doing medical transcription. She is always up for something new and willing to try almost anything at least once. Shannon has a passion for being active and always busy doing something.
We have since grown our family with two very adventurous girls. They are in tow with us for almost everything we do from day hikes back home to experiencing what the world has to offer.
We are here to inspire you to show you that just because you have kids doesn’t mean you can’t do something. Whatever you put your mind to can be achieved, some things might just take a bit more work but can be done.
We still are able to also do things as a couple only. We summited both Aconcagua and Mt Rainier and have more summits in the works.
